My Ethics

The three of these work together but it all starts with who I am as a person. If I do not have integrity; I can not efficiently respect people. If I can not respect people; there will be no trust.

Integrity

Self-gain through immoral acts has no place in my work ethic. Standing true to who I am is my most important attribute as I contribute to society. My goal is to be the most whole person I can be through actions, words, and mindfulness.

  • Truth: Through my years my concept of truth has been challenged, out of this I have developed a better perspective of who I am as a person and how I value myself and others.

  • Falsehood: Any gain made through fraudulent conduct or behavior is deemed as someone who does not have integrity.

Respect

In strive to achieve integrity, respect for myself and others around me plays a key role in my development as a person. Through the lens of respect, I can see the value of all people.

  • Manipulation: Taking advantage of a situation or a person has no room in my way of thinking.

  • Temptation: Acting upon opportunities seen for self-gain or procedures that violate my integrity has no room in the way I do my work.

Trust

My goal is to create relationships based on respect and integrity to build trust. I want to build credibility through my work ethic and desire to learn.

  • Bias: Applying virtues of integrity and respect in my professionalism as I act upon situations or relationships.

  • Fairness: I am a very hard worker and have immense energy and enthusiasm. If this ambition ever violates respect or integrity then it is deemed not fair.

  • Power: The root of my ambition is serving people. I strive to serve people and not myself.
